Allowed use

Creators, publishers, and small businesses may send editorial newsletters, product updates, customer education, event notices, and similar requested communications.

Consent and collection

Prohibited content and behavior

Delivery quality

Keep lists current, remove invalid addresses, monitor bounces and complaints, and send content that matches subscriber expectations.
