Information we collect
We process account and billing details, publication settings, and subscriber data supplied by customers, including email addresses, subscription source, delivery events, and unsubscribe status. We also collect limited diagnostics to secure and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Mailnote, deliver newsletters at a customer’s instruction, process subscriptions, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Subscriber data
Mailnote customers are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and permission for each address. We prohibit purchased, rented, scraped, and harvested lists. We do not sell subscriber email addresses.

For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, contact hello@mailnote.co. Newsletter recipients should use the unsubscribe link in the message they received.
