Mailnote is for requested newsletter communication, never unsolicited bulk email or cold outreach.
Lists we prohibit
Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended, and third-party lists without recipient permission are prohibited.
Required sending practices
Every newsletter must identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe link. Customers may not re-add an unsubscribed person unless that person clearly requests a new subscription.
Enforcement
We monitor bounce, complaint, and abuse signals and may pause or suspend sending that threatens recipients, our service, or email-provider relationships. Report suspected abuse to hello@mailnote.co.
