Accounts and content
You must keep account information accurate and secure. You retain your content and subscriber data, and grant Mailnote the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver it.
Subscriber permission
You must have permission or another lawful basis to email every recipient, use clear sender information, and honor unsubscribe, complaint, and data requests.
Prohibited use
Spam, purchased or scraped lists, deceptive sender identities, phishing, malware, unlawful content, harassment, and attempts to bypass suppression controls are prohibited.
Billing and suspension
Paid plans renew until canceled through the billing portal. We may limit or suspend an account to prevent abuse, protect delivery infrastructure, comply with law, or address a material breach.
